Only our Safeguarding Lead and Deputy can see individual reports; trustees see anonymised figures only. Please do not include names, descriptions or contact details of yourself or anyone else unless a field asks for them. We may pass information to the police or a local authority without your consent only where this is necessary to protect someone from serious harm, to prevent or detect crime, or where the law requires it.
